1. Design & scope (week 1–3)
We measure on-site, talk through layout and fixtures, and hand you a written scope with a fixed price — not a vague ballpark. If permits are needed, we pull them through the City of Woodinville (or Snohomish County for unincorporated addresses). You see the materials list before anything is ordered.
2. Demolition & rough-in (days, not weeks)
We protect floors and pathways, demo the old bathroom, and handle plumbing and electrical rough-in. Anything we open up — old leaks, rot, bad wiring — we show you before we cover it back up.
3. Build & finish (week 2–4)
Waterproofing, tile, vanity, fixtures, paint, and a final walkthrough. We don't call it done until you've checked it with us in person.
