What's included: design → demo → build
1. Design & scope (week 1–4)
We measure on-site, talk through layout, cabinetry, and appliances, and hand you a written scope with a fixed price — not a vague ballpark. If permits are needed, we pull them through the City of Redmond. You see the cabinet, countertop, and appliance selections before anything is ordered — and we flag cabinetry lead times up front, since they're usually the longest pole in the schedule.
2. Demolition & rough-in (days, not weeks)
We protect floors and pathways, demo the old kitchen, and handle plumbing and electrical rough-in — including moving a sink, range, or island circuit if your new layout calls for it. Anything we open up — old leaks, rot, bad wiring — we show you before we cover it back up.
3. Build & finish (weeks 5–9)
Cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, appliances, paint, and a final walkthrough. We don't call it done until you've checked it with us in person.

Most full kitchen remodels run 6–10 weeks on site once materials and cabinetry are in. A rough schedule:
- Design, selections, cabinetry lead time & permits: 4–10 weeks (before we start on-site) — cabinetry is usually the longest lead time in the whole project
- Demolition & rough-in: 3–5 days
- Build, cabinetry & finish: 5–9 weeks
- Final walkthrough & punch list: same week as finish
Cosmetic refreshes (refacing, countertop swap, new appliances) can wrap in 1–3 weeks. We give you the real schedule in writing, including cabinetry order dates — and tell you the day before if anything shifts.
